On behalf of our clients family member, Architect Olivia Moore, we completed the building consent documentation for this substantially precast concrete panel, polished concrete floor, minimalistic design in Mairangi Bay.

Incorporating vast spaces, large spans, substantial windows, colour and quality fittings resulted in a stunning modern home. Light from overhead glazing and large cantilevered structural members, resulted in a well design internal/external relationship and produced see through spaces and visual external courtyards. Challenging detailing produced a remarkable result.
